Passionate about making authentic Tex Mex cuisine for our customers.

Our Mission

We began as a farmers market vendor in May 2011 in central Indiana. Sophie wanted to bring a piece of Texas and the cuisine that her mother taught her how to make to our local community.

After eight seasons of making Tex Mex food at the farmers markets, doing special events and catering, we opened Texy Mexy the restaurant on the square in downtown Noblesville. We expanded the food offerings we had and brought this cuisine to a larger number of people who weren't able to see us otherwise.

We are now able to offer some of Sophie's favorite margaritas for people to enjoy that are all hand-crafted, using fresh-squeezed limes and never any mixes.

"I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled. Texy Mexy was absolutely perfect tonight! My wife and I stumbled upon this place on a whim and ordered the pick 3 street tacos that came with individual containers of queso, salsa, and guac, all for under 11 bucks. Everything was delicious and the little containers she loved held everything, so it made for a perfect little picnic. Definitely 5/5. We will without doubt be coming back. "

"Tamales and Tequilas"

"I was first introduced to Texy Mexy through a Tamales and Tequilas class. We were taught step-by-step on how to make homemade tamales while sampling various types of tequila. The tamales were excellent as was the tequila. Fast forward, Texy Mexy is one of our go-to after work hangouts to grab some chips and guac and a margarita or two! Their marg mix is never from a pre-mixed bottled which makes them extra good! I've never been disappointed with any food I've purchased from them. Highly recommend! "
